Fence boards (pine, spruce), 50 × 250 × 3000 mm

Fence boards in pine and spruce — timber for a wooden fence, gate, enclosure, log store or compost bin. You can get both the infill boards and the beams for posts and rails in one order. Fence timber is priced per m³: the calculator shows how many pieces make a cubic metre and the order total. Minimum order is 1 m³. We make our fence boards and post beams ourselves in Latvia, so you buy direct from the producer.

Fence sizes

• Infill boards: 25×100, 25×150, 32×100, 40×100 mm.
• Rails: for example 50×100 or 50×150 mm.
• Posts: 100×100, 150×150 mm beams and more.
• Lengths usually 3.0 to 6.0 m; see the calculator for the full list.

Working out the quantity

Count the boards per panel (panel length divided by board width plus gap) and multiply by the number of panels. Enter the pieces in the calculator and it converts them to m³. Add a small reserve for cutting.

Making a fence last

• Use pressure-impregnated beams for posts set in the ground.
• Keep boards off the soil with a gap at the bottom.
• Finish with exterior paint or oil and renew as needed.

Do you produce these boards yourselves?

Yes, we make our fence boards and post beams ourselves in Latvia — no resale. That means producer prices, and custom sizes are available on request.

How many boards are in a cubic metre?

A 25×100×3000 mm board is 0.0075 m³, so about 133 pieces per m³; 25×150×3000 mm boards — about 89 per m³.
